Applicable law
The management and protection of the personal data of Mindview’s visitors or clients is subject to the terms of this chapter and to the pertinent provisions of Greek law (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data, which are binding for all EU member states.
These terms have been formulated by taking account of the rapid development of technology, of the Internet in particular, as well as of the current (albeit, not fully developed) set of legal provisions on such matters. In this context, any relevant provision that may be enforced in the future will become part of this chapter. Mindview reserves the right to modify the terms of personal data protection, by duly informing its visitors/clients, in the context of the current or future legal framework.
Visitors/clients that do not agree to the terms herein, in relation to personal data protection, should not make use of Mindview’s services.
In addition, and in the context of the legislation in force, visitors/clients are also entitled to their rights of data access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and of objection, as set forth in articles 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Visitors can browse the electronic store of Mindview without giving any personal information. We shall need personal data (your email, a username, a password and some additional data that is explained below) only if you choose to place an order for a service.
Information related to transactions for services and products
The information that will be necessary in transactions are your full name, a landline number, your address (road, city, postcode) and the type of tax document (receipt, invoice including the name of the company, VAT registration number and registered address). In addition, we optionally ask for some more information, such as the mobile phone number (in case we need to contact you directly).

Mindview’s webpage includes links to other websites, which are controlled by the respective third party (natural or legal person), not Mindview. Mindview is under no liability for the Personal Data Protection conditions that apply to such external links.
IP addresses
The IP address used by the computer to access the Internet, and Mindview, is used exclusively for collecting statistical data and for securing transactions.
